Station #2 :: Carving Station
- Chef-Carved New York Strip Loin, served with assorted miniature
rolls, creamed horse radish, papaya salsa, mayonnaise and mustard
- Red Skinned Potato Salad with Dill and Sour Cream
Station #3 :: Carving Station
- Chef-Carved Smoked Breast of Turkey, served with assorted miniature rolls, cranberry sauce mayonnaise
and mustard
Station #4 :: Pasta Station
- Two choices of pasta (fettuccini and penne) and 2 sauces (alfredo and marinara).
Station #5 :: Coffee and Tea Station
- Regular Coffee, decaffeinated coffee and hot tea
